Premium Sustainable Drinking Straws
The Ocean Straw is a premium straw made from a wood and plant-based fully biodegradable material. The straws are both taste- and odor-free while also being strong and durable.
They are suitable for all kinds of beverages, they do not dissolve in liquids and contain no common food allergens.
Designed for multiple uses, they are so robust that they can withstand up to 10 dishwasher cycles at 60°C.
It is the ideal alternative to paper straws, which quickly dissolve in liquids and often leave an unpleasant paper taste, also to plastic straws that contribute to microplastic pollution: The Ocean Straw can be organically recycled, it is compostable and can be disposed of with food-waste, including in public streams for recycling in composting facilities (EU standard EN 13432).
It leaves behind no permanent microplastics or other harmful residues when decomposed, making it the most sustainable alternative compared to other so-called climate-friendly straws.

Use and storage:
- Suitable for aquatic, acidic and alcoholic beverages and milk products up to 24 hours (maximum temperature of liquid 40°C; 2 hours with temp. > 70°C)
- Reusable - Certified dishwasher safe (10 cycles).
- Recommended storage in closed, original packaging at temperature below 45°C.
- Avoid storage in direct sunlight or environments with high humidity (>70%)
- 24 month shelf-life in room temperature (23°C)

The subscription is binding during the agreement period but can be paused if consumption decreases from one month to another. It's also possible to pause the subscription up to 3 times during the agreement period.
